U.S SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please allow 2-3 business days processing time pending availability and credit card verification. We are unable to ship to P.O. BOX, APO, OR FPO addresses. Please note we do not ship on weekend or holidays.
FedEx Ground Shipping : 3-8 business days once processing is complete.
FedEx Prioirty Overnight: 1-2 business days once processing is complete.
TRACKING
Shipping confirmation will be sent to customer as soon as your purchase has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided within that email to help monitor the delivery process. For security reasons, please note that all orders will require a signature upon delivery. If you discover any discrepancies in the “sent to” address when tracking is provided please notify us right away at info@bennydam.com
RETURNS
Please write to us at info@bennydam.com to request a return. All returns must be reviewed and approved. We accept returns within 10 days of items received. The items must be unworn, in new condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please be sure to insure your returns as we are not responsible for damaged or lost packages.
If you would like to exchange your items for a different style, please return your items for a full refund and place a new order.
Benny Dam LLC regularly monitor returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our shipping + returns policies. We may flag some customers who meet our criteria for excessive returns or abuse of these policies. Customers who are flagged may be subject to our review, and revocation of standard customer return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
