What happens if an item I want is unavailable in the size I need?

We ship all orders from our Orange County, CA location.
What is your exchange policy?
Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges at this time.
What is your return policy?
Please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return. All returns must be reviewed for approval. We accept returns within 10 days of items received. The items must be unworn, in new condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please be sure to insure your returns as we are not responsible for damaged or lost packages.
Once your return package is received at our facility, we will review the item to ensure that it is in the same condition and packaging as when it was sent out. Benny Dam LLC reserves the right to reject a return if discovery of misuse or damages are to be found on items such as makeup stains, bodily fluid stains, wash marks, excessive wrinkles, burn marks, ink mark or any other spoilage deem unacceptable by our company. A rejection of item(s) will be flagged and customer will be notified of the return rejection and be responsible for shipping fees associated with having the package sent back to customer.
If you would like to exchange your items for a different style, please return your items for a full refund and place a new order.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return package is received at our facility and the return is deemed “approved” by our reviewing staff you will receive an email notification stating a refund is in process. Please note that it may take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card depending on your billing cycle and or payment institution.

VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVERY. For any other type of card payments please email email@example.com to check with one of our staff.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We offer 2 shipping methods: (1) FedEx Ground, please allow 3-8 business days after processing begins and (2) FedEx Priority Overnight, allow 1-2 business days after processing. Please note that processing may take up to 48 hours depending on when order was placed.
